My favourite things this week are:
1 Ben & Jerry's Chocolate Fudge Brownie. They've started selling this in the shop down the street and it's my favourite! I must step away from the ice cream...
2 Long grey socks, dirty white pumps. I saw this girl on face hunter, I love her whole outfit but especially the socks!
3 Floral dresses. I am so desperate for the weather to change, it was bitter today and it even snowed a little. I want to wear dresses but it's just not going to happen at the moment. This one is from Urban Outfitters.
4 Santogold. I saw Santogold supporting M.I.A. last year and her live performance was fantastic. I'm still waiting for an album...
5 Stripy proper umbrella. I am so fed up with cheap little rubbish umbrellas that last two minutes in the wind and rain. I need a proper umbrella, the kind that doubles up as a walking stick! This one from Topshop would do.
6 Banana and Hazelnut Loaf. I made this little treat for us at the weekend, it was too good!

A) I love that pic from facehunter. The woman is so whimsical looking and the shot is so beautiful. I love the backdrop, the suggestion of temperature and freshness.
B) Mmmmmmm - love banana bread and who can say no to hazelnuts? Do you eat it with tons of butter?

yum brownie ice cream and banana cake. yummy... I am drooling now. 5 minutes of ice cream pleasure and 45 minutes of bonding time with my treadmill.
I know what you mean about cheap brollies. It drives me insane when just the tiniest puff of wind turns mine inside out! Grrrr!
k.line - I'm pretty sure the back drop in the photo is Oxford Street in London, not especially beautiful in reality but perfect in that shot. We didn't eat the bread with butter, it was very sweet, more like cake really!

savvy gal - haha, yes my love for cake and ice cream does mean spending a serious amount of time on the treadmill!
cellar door - I'm so glad you said that, I'm exactly the same with umbrellas. It makes me really angry when the wind catches it and the metal bit hits me on the head!

nice. i have the same problem with umbrellas. it doesnt rain much where i live, but when i lived in London, my umbrellas were just pure catastrophes!
