Oh dear, this is in danger of becoming a 'What I've been baking' blog. I just made meringues for the first time though and I'm so proud! They were yummy too, nice and chewy on the inside. I rock in the kitchen!

I had a bad experience with meringues once (ie they made me sick), but these look good enough to give them a second go.
